No. 2 - Technical Sense

It is reducing equipment costs and build time for engineers the world overby integrating PLC, HMI and Openbus communications technology into a single, easy to mount unit. Although measuring just 96mm2 by 57.5mm deep, the i3 nevertheless packs in levels of functionality that makes the unit the most flexible and cost effective in its class. Available with a combination of Digital and Analogue I/O – including Remote I/O – and integrating T/C and PT100 inputs, the i³ controller is ideal for both process control and factory automation applications; especially as it is backed by IMO’s unique 3-year warranty.

No. 3 - Energy Sense

Why do all energy saving initiatives seem to involve considerable upfront cost?

Today that is no longer the case as IMO can deliver energy savings without any capital outlay. Traditional fans and pumps are hugely inefficient consumers of energy and the introduction of a Variable Speed Drive can deliver energy savings of up to 50% in many cases. Equipment such as air handling units, pumps and extraction systems can all be controlled to deliver optimum performance but at a fraction of the cost. In the past, this proven technology has required capital investment and pay-back periods of up to 2 years. Now with the new IMO Drives Self Funding Scheme, you can pay for the capital equipment directly out of your energy savings. Sound simple? That’s because it is.
